Rebound Ace Sports
Thanks to its features and exclusive quality, the tennis surfaces of the Australian Rebound Ace Sports system have won a prestigious top place in the world competition and are popular both among recreational players and at the level of world professional tennis. Rebound Ace surface grandslam is proud of this designation because it was the tennis surface of the Australian Open Grand Slam tournament in Melbourne for many years. Rebound Ace Sports is used in ATP, WTA, Davis Cup and Fed Cup tournaments.
Rebound Ace Sports is a “pioneer” in the innovation of sports surfaces that are friendly to the musculoskeletal system and the spine and reduce the risk of injury thanks to the patented multi-layered flexible system. It all started in Brisbane in 1979 and since then Rebound Ace Sports has been at the forefront of creating new sports surface technologies.
Rebound Ace Sports tennis surfaces are multi-layer synthetic acrylic surfaces. They are characterized by medium to slow and high bounce of the balls. Their properties remain the same throughout their lifetime (50 or more years). We provide a 10-year warranty on the surfaces realized by us!
All surfaces of the Rebound Ace Sports system are suitable not only for tennis but also for other sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, netball and other sports. You can choose from 12 different colors that you can combine in different ways. You can find individual colors in our color chart. You can get an idea of how the resulting color combination will look in our configurator.
The Australian Rebound Ace Sports system is one of the “flagships” of the American company California Sports Surfaces, which has a leading position in the world market of sports acrylic surfaces
Systems of surfaces
Rebound Ace offers several different surface systems. Each system differs in how it is used, especially depending on the subsurface type of your court as well as the desired properties of the final surface. Each system affects the rate of rebound and the overall flexibility of the surface. You can find the features of each system below.

Rebound Ace Synpave
This is a classic hard surface applied to a concrete or asphalt base. This surface is also used in the ConiRace system. It does not contain any cushioning layers.
Rebound Ace ConiRace
The ConiRace surface was developed to meet the high demand for converting clay courts into "hard courts." This surface is laid on a gravel base with a special EPDM granulate layer 30-35mm thick, followed by four additional layers of Rebound Ace Synpave. The ConiRace system is gentle on the musculoskeletal system due to its high surface elasticity.
Rebound Ace Montreal 15
This system consists of two layers of premium OSB boards. The first layer is designed to absorb impact and distribute the load, meeting the highest quality standards with the Montreal 15 system. The second layer serves to unify and reinforce the entire surface. Montreal 15 is an ideal option for transitioning from artificial grass to a hard surface.
Rebound Ace Portable
Rebound Ace Portable utilizes a patented lock-in system, leaving no visible seams. This unique portable surface can be assembled and prepared for play within a few hours. It is used for major tournaments, such as the Davis Cup, Fed Cup, and Laver Cup, and also serves tennis clubs in inflatable halls during the winter.
Rebound Ace Grandslam
The Rebound Ace Grandslam tennis surface is the "flagship" of Rebound Ace Sports Ltd. This surface is suitable for both professional and recreational tennis. The most famous installation was at the Grand Slam venue in Melbourne, Australia, where ATP and WTA tournaments are held. It is also popular in a portable version for the Davis Cup and Fed Cup. This surface is highly popular due to its "player-friendly" properties, being gentle on the joints thanks to its high flexibility (7mm cushioning polyurethane layer "Mat" – see structure diagram). The total surface thickness is 8mm, with one layer being a fiberglass film for reinforcement.
Rebound Ace Pro
Premier Sport Coating is a simpler version of the Rebound Ace Synpave surface. A base primer is applied to the concrete substrate, followed by two layers of acrylic "topcoat." This is a classic "hardcourt" without cushioning layers, classified with medium speed, requiring minimal maintenance and offering long durability. It is available in four color combinations and is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. It is ideal for recreational and competitive tennis.
Rebound Ace Premier Sport Coatings
The Rebound Ace Pro system differs from the Rebound Ace Grandslam and HSA Club in that the cushioning part of the surface is not made of polyurethane but is applied as a liquid coating. The surface thickness (1-5mm) depends on the amount of coating applied. The flexibility of this system is determined by its overall thickness and does not reach the parameters of Rebound Grandslam and Rebound HSA systems.

Rebound Ace HSA Club
This surface has characteristics very similar to the Rebound Ace Grandslam surface. The cushioning layer is 4mm ("Mat"), and with a total thickness of 5mm, there is no need to install a fiberglass layer as required with Rebound Ace Grandslam.
